SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping: To better serve all our customers, orders will be set to ship partial and items will ship as they are available. If your order requires a complete shipment, and Protegis must reserve inventory while waiting for other items to deliver, there will be a 10% surcharge added to the order. This is to cover warehouse, storage fees, and potential cancellations.
Return Policy: Any parts that are returned to Protegis are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. New parts must be returned in original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition or may be subject to increased restock fees or refusal. Products returned after 30 days from our invoice date will be refused. You may contact your account manager directly at 1-800-430-6013 to initiate your return.
Warranty: Protegis offers a one year guarantee that its products are free from any defects in workmanship and materials that would prevent the products from performing as intended under normal use and services. If any returned product is found by Protegis inspection to be detective in workmanship or materials, Protegis will replace it or repair it, at Protegis’s discretion, at no charge. If inspection by Protegis does not reveal any defect covered by this guarantee, the equipment will be replaced or repaired and Protegis’s regular service charges will apply. All non-stock parts are nonreturnable. Other warranties will be established based upon matching the manufacturer’s own length of warranty. This warranty does not apply in case of mishandling, abuse, unauthorized repair or “Acts of God.” With the exception of the preceding statements, Protegis makes no other warranties, expressed or implied.
Warranty Claim Procedure: Any problem or failure with purchased or repaired equipment must first be reported to a sales engineer, before the item can be returned to Protegis. Returning any product without prior authorization will automatically void the warranty.
