Shipping and Returns

Shipping: In-Stock orders typically ship same business day if received prior to 3:00PM EST.  All orders ship as items are available and, unless otherwise specified, ships via UPS Ground. All orders are FOB Ship Point.

Return Policy:  Items can be returned within 30 Days of the invoice date.  New parts must be returned in original packaging, in un-opened, and uninstalled condition.  If they are not returned in resellable condition or outside of the 30 days then they are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee or refused.  All non-stock parts are nonreturnable and these items will be noted on the Quote and/or Sales Confirmations. In order to return an item please obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) from customer service at 1-800-488-4785 or  partssales@protegis.com.

Warranty: Protegis offers a one year warranty on all reconditioned and repaired parts that the products are free from any defects in workmanship and materials that would prevent the products from performing as intended under normal use and service. If any returned product is found by Protegis inspection to be defective in workmanship or materials, Protegis will replace it or repair it, at Protegis’s discretion, at no charge. If inspection by Protegis does not reveal any defect covered by this guarantee, the equipment will be replaced or repaired and Protegis’s regular service charges will apply.

Warranties for new parts are based upon matching the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not apply in case of mishandling, abuse, unauthorized repair or “Acts of God.” With the exception of the preceding statements, Protegis makes no other warranties, expressed or implied and is not responsible for any other expenses or costs associated with a part that is under warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedure: Any problem or failure with purchased or repaired equipment must first be reported to customer service before the item can be returned to Protegis. Returning any product without prior authorization will automatically void the warranty.

 

Rapid Recon - Parts with this designation indicates that a "core" item is in inventory but has not yet gone through our lab to be tested and/or repaired to our standards.  When we receive an order on a Rapid Recon item we attempt to process and ship the order in 7-10 working days or less.  In some instances, none of the available "cores" pass our reconditioning processes.  If this occurs you will be notified and can either wait for additional "cores" to be obtained or cancel the order.  If you have any questions about this program, please contact customer service at partssales@protegis.com or 800-488-4785.
